Phone Line Faulty?

some patients reported concerns that the new phone service might be not working. In facts it is working perfectly well. However, when the line is busy, instead of a standard “busy” sound, a message saying “noone is able to answer your call” is triggered. We are working to customise the message (at least you know that you reached the correct service) but if in the meantime it happens to you, feel free to leave a voicemail, to call a bit later, or to send an email.
